Starcraft Multiplayer problem
Hi, I am currently using Windows Vista Home Premium. I recently restored my computer. Before the restoration, Starcraft used to work perfectly on multiplayer. Now, when I click on the multiplayer button, I cant even see the server list. Instead, on the top right corner of my window, there is the following message : Requirements : Your computer will need the TCP/IP protocol installed and must provide TCP/IP support for a 32-bit application. Can someone please help me? I am not a computer geek at all. Oh, and if the extra information helps, I am still able to play other online games online without problem.

Hi, Thank you for posting. Since the error message mention that the TCP/IP protocol encounter a problem, please check the network settings first: 1. Go to Control Panel - Network Connections. 2. Right-Click on the connection and click Properties. 3. Find Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Version 4 in the list. If it is not checked, please check this item. 4. Then, double-click on the item and check the detail settings. Meanwhile, I would like to share the following with you: Troubleshoot network connection problems http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/33307acf-0698-41ba-b014-ea0a2eb8d0a81033.mspx Since the issue is related to a specific software, it is recommended that you contact Blizzard for technical support.
