Standart account and smart card
I apparently have a standard account and  whenever I try to make an administrator change/install and uninstall softwares/ it tells me to connect a smart card and I don't know what it is. how to i disable this

Hi Sumya,

A smart card is a card that you can insert into a computer with a smart card reader that will allow you to log on to an account associated with that card.  In your case, the account associated with the card is an administrator account.

If you logon as a standard user, you would be required to provide administrator credentials when you attempt to make any change to your system.

If it is a work computer and you are not administrator in your work environment, please report this issue to your administrator and check the account configuration.
