Standard users can't see shorcuts in the Public Folder. W2008 R2 TS role.
Hi all, I've a farm of TS under a domain GPO with Windows 2008 R2 (4 front-ends and a Broker). So, i'd try to put the app shortcut in C:\Users\Public\Desktop but it doesn't appear in the standard user's sessions. This shortcut appear for me (adm user) and others adm users but not for standard users. I test and review a lot of things about that with no results. I think probably will be the GPO but i can't find the key. Any sugestions will be gracefull. Thanks in advance. Caro

I think you should disable the following Group Policy setting: User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Start Menu and Taskbar \ Remove common program groups from Start MenuRay - Author of Windows 7 for XP Professionals
