One user's resolution unexpectedly changes from the resolution that is chosen. This user is a member of the administrator group just as the other two users.

Hi Brian49,This seems to be a user profile corruption as its working on other two user profiles. I would suggest you to create a new user account and test if the issue persists. If not then, you may want to fix the corrupted user profile.
