I have Verizon MSN, so i get Mcafee and spy sweeper free with it, but whenever i try to use spy sweeper it says i need to update, so it downloads the update, then it says you need to restart spy sweeper so i click "restart now. Then a message comes up saying "The connection to the Spy Sweeper engine has been lost or terminated." When i try to start up spy sweeper again this process repeats, so is this a compatibility issue? and if it is does anyone know of any good anti-virus programs that are compatible with windows 7 that are free, because i don't want to buy a whole new anti-virus programs just for my windows 7 computer

Do you download teh latest version of Spy Sweeper from their website or does McAfee give you a link?As of right now McAfee isnt on the list of fully compatible security software.
