Upon waking up this morning I found my son had locked my computer trying to guess my pin. I now have no idea what he (who is 8) has done but I am completely unable to get past the password to unlock screen. I have looked and been unsuccessful finding an answer and am hoping my child is not the only one who has ever done this. I have a Toshiba Satellite. Not sure if this makes a difference. Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Once you  get the internet access your system will know that the password of your Microsoft account has been changed. Now you can reset your password online. For more info, go to the Reset your password
