Something is seriously wrong!
Ok something is going seriously wrong with my computer. It seems after a while once a winow is minimized I am unable to maximise it again. When I click on it at the bottom the screen flickers a bit and then it doesn't maximise, this happens with any window. When I open a picture in Windows Photo Viewer it then rapidly cycles over every photo in the same folder in an infite loop. Also after a while I can't go back on my browser. When I click back it just flickers as if it was going to go back and then just reloads the same page that I am on. What on earth is going on? I ran AVG and it removed 3 trojans, restarted the computer and still I have the problem. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it?Dan

As Roberto implied, make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed, especially for Microsoft Office. Speaking of, what version of Office are you running? Are there any other apps you have installed that are more than 3 or 4 years old (thinking it may be a software compatibiltiy issue)?

I think I have all the latest updates. It only did some last night. I haven't been using Microsoft Office but I have Office 2010. The problems have been just in everything in general.Dan

Try using cascading windows. Right click on the taskbar and choose "cascade windows"

Hi, Firstly, I would like to check when did this issue occurred? If it happened recently, please perform a system restore to test the issue. Meanwhile, please also try following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Test the issue in Safe Mode to check the result. If it works, you can boot to Clean Boot mode to check which application affect this. 2. Use the System File Checker tool to scan the system files 3. Create another user account for a test. You can refer to Fix a corrupted user profile Hope this helpsVincent Wang TechNet Community Support

If have heard some else having that same problem. You shoud try to go to safe mode and a restore from a earlier time. If that is still there download This application called Malwarebytes and run that application. If that fails you may need to just backup your data and have a fresh reinstallation.
