Go to this link and see if this helps you. Under remote assistance make sure the box is unchecked. Under remote desktop make sure the circle next to "don't allow connections to this computer" is checked. Also make sure your firewall is turned on. http://www.technize.com/enabledisable-remote-desktop-in-windows-7/

I have already tried this. However, upon doing this, I was never given the option to check or uncheck anything under remote desktop such as "dont allow connections to this computer."

If they were using Windows Remote Desktop, you would not be able to have a conversation with them (Windows won't allow you to see the screen while someone else is connected). Therefore, please describe how they are connecting, or the name of the window that shows your conversation, or how you know they connected. Shawn Keene

Ok, Im not sure how theyre doing it but while i am on my computer , they can close out of anything im doing. They opened up my internet explorer and they typed my name on the google search bar. They had recently hacked my youtube account, my facebook account, and my Yahoo email account so thats how they know my name. I dont know how theyre doing it.

Has anyone ever had physical access to your computer (sat down and used it)? If so, they could have installed remote control software such as VNC, Team Viewer, GoToMyPC, Windows Mesh, or many other applications. You'd have to check your system and see what they are using to connect. Shawn Keene

Copy your Hijack This output and paste it into the spot provided here and click analize. You will find you have the IRCBOT trojan. Download, update and run Malwarebytes. If you can't run it in normal mode, boot into safe mode and run it. Jerry

I'd also run Superantispyware if Malwarebytes doesn't take care of it. Link to download it is below. http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE
