One item you didn't include in your problem is your wireless router. Your problem desciption was to say the lesat, very confusing (had to reread it a few times). The DNS error is coming from your router I suspect since one of your problem screens shows that and since you didn't mention a server in the mix providing DNS service means that the router is providing. It could be that the DNS provider from your ISP isn't using IPv6, so turn it off for all network adapters. Also turn off power saving features for your network adapters. Find and install the latest firmware for your router. Let us know your progress.MCSE, MCSA, MCDST [If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Mark as Answer" or "Helpful" button at the top of this message. Hi, Since there are four laptops encountered the same issue, I would like to confirm that if there is a same special program installed on these notebooks? I would like to suggest you perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. Reset Winsock =======================1. Click the “Start” button, click "All programs", and click "Accessories". 2. Right-click "Command Prompt", and click "Run as administrator". If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.3. Enter the following command, and press enter. Netsh winsock reset 4. A message stating "Successfully reset the Winsock Catalog" will appear. Restart the computer to check the issue. If it does not work, I also would like to suggest you test the issue in Clean Boot to check if there is any software conflict. What’s the result? Regards, Arthur Li - MSFT
