I have Outlook Express and my pictures will not display when attached to an email. The message "Some Pictures Have Been Blocked to Help Prevent the Sender from Identifying Your Computer. Click Here to Download Pictures" shows and when I click on it the pictures still do not display. I went on your website and tried the advice that told me to go to TOOLS - OPTIONS - SECURITY and to uncheck the BLOCK IMAGES AND OTHER EXTERNAL IN HTML E-MAIL but the images still do not display.Help!
