Solitaire game nonresistant in windows
The solitarie game in windows 7 HP does not exisit. It will not restore using the Windows on/off feature because the file that runs the game is not ther. I do not know what the file that is missing is called! All I know is I have uesd the
on/off feature several times to no avail, I have replace the gameue.dll file & registered it. I have searched the registry but I searched ro something that wasn't there. What I need to know is the following:
What file or files do I need inorder to fix the problem?
Can I download them from the Net?
If not, I do have another Win 7 HP machine that has a working Sol. game on it. Can I take the files off of it?
Please do not tell me to get a free sol. game form the Net! I have done so already. I want the original one that came with my computer, thank you! I can not do a restore because it's been way to long. I do not have a copy of Win &,
just a "Restore" set of disks, which I had to burn myself!
I just want to be able to play Win 7 sol. on my machine, so can somebody help me!

1. You operating system fits into category of OEM, which means that the hardware producer can do changes intentionaly or unintentionaly. The best path to solution is via HP support. We can hardly solve here missing parts of OEM installation medium.
2. From the point of this forum, you can do
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Update-drivers-recommended-links
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Lend the installation medium (full) and try to extract missing file. This may violate license.

Hi,
Whats the edition of your Windows 7. As I know that if your system is Windows 7 Starter Edition, you would not have this feature.
Hope this helps.Your Name
