Any updates? Could you please share more information with us as Zigzag mentioned so we can better understand the issue?

From the description Software Device only, we will not be able to determine the device that you are asking about. If the device is unknown and is without a description, we can look up the Hardware ID property to determine what the device is. The Hardware ID property is found under the Detail tabs of the driver Properties in Device Manager.
