Software RAID 0 recovery
Customer machine had non-raid boot drive fail. Non Boot Software RAID 0 SSDs attached - Could not clone boot drive. Had to do clean install. Is there a way to get windows to see non-booting RAID 0 data again. Do I need to rebuild array? Will data be lost from raid set? WIN7 Home Prem x64

The RAID array was recognized as such without my doing anything special, and all the data on it was intact. Windows 7 assigned it drive letter "D". Both the EVGA and the INTEL MB's used the Intel RAID manager. Ron

Hello, You can also recover data from RAID arrays using third party software like Active@FileRecovery. Recover your data from the broken array using this software. Also, if the boot drive has soft errors and it still works (i.e it spins, the logic works, media is not damaged) then data recovery programs like the one mentioned may also get the boot drive working again.
