After a restore procedure, I re-installed Quicken Premier 2010 and received the following message: "Quicken launcher has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please tell Microsoft about this problem". I am unable to use this software. Is there a way to resolve this dilemma? What -- exactly -- did you do for the "restore procedure"? Did you get any Quicken numbered error messages? What number?Although it's possible that something in your answer to the above question may suggest a solution, you're more likely to get to the bottom of it by asking Intuit (although in the past, their support has not been very good):http://quicken.intuit.com/support/windows.jsp
