Snipping Tool assignment to Microsoft wireless Laser Mouse problem
I have a Microsoft wireless Laser Mouse which came with software to configure the extra buttons to open specified applications. I'm using the right side button to start Snipping Tool. Under Vista 64, this works fine but under Win7 RC Ultimate 64 it only works until I reboot, where it changes the path I've set from SnippingTool.exe to "SnippingTool.exe" with quotes, and stops working. I tried to find the direct path to this using search and it comes up empty and just starts Snipping Tool. Any suggestions?

cappaj, Which model of mouse are you using? There may be a newer driver available for Windows 7 which corrects this problem.-Alex

It's the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000, which came with the Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 in a single box.
