Hi, Does the issue occur when trying to open document from local machine? To troubleshoot the issue, please temporarily disable firewall and open network document again. If the issue persists, please restart the machine in Safe Mode with Networking to check the result. If everything is fine, I suggest you perform a Clean Boot for a test. Regards, Novak

Since everything is fine in Safe Mode with Networking, we can consider that the issue can occur by incompatible third party programs. To eliminate the cause, please try the following steps. Step: Perform a Clean Boot 1. Click "Start", go to "Run", and type "msconfig" in the open box to start the System Configuration Utility. 2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click Disable All (if it is not gray). 3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK". 4. Restart your computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the box and click "OK". Regards, Novak
