After having my Dell Inspiron 1501 laptop shut off for 10 months, I turn it on and it now has a range of problems. This problem is that as I type, sometimes there is a delay between each letter as it appears on the screen. It also happens when I hit backspace. Sometimes it works normally, but the problem happens in all applications. I tried playing with the the Key Repeat and Repeat Delay, but the problem is still there.I don't know if this is related, but the mouse also seems to have a delay sometimes but only when I hold down ctr or shift and click.Thanks for any answers!
