Slow login on XP PC when connected to a network with a WIndows 7 PC??? Why?
I have a friend who was connected to the Internet using Time Warner broadband. Recently, her husband added his Windows 7 PC to the network and the XP PC began to DRAG and SLOW DOWN to a crawl. What can be done to speed it up - or is there a way? I have done the deletion of files, clean disk and defrag of the hard drive (40GB drive). Dusted out the inside of the box which was quiet dusty. Any ideas?1 person needs an answerI do too
