I have been using XP with no problems until about 3 weeks ago. One day anything that I download such as a video from any site and when I send and recieve Outlook email it running extremely slow like 5 minutes to download a 30 second news real. Also when I hook up to an "Intranet" at my office it takes forever to send a simple Word Doc to a printer. I haven't added or changed anything except Microsoft Auto Updates. The internet connection has been checked and show 10.0 mbps1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi Check your computer for viruses .Also limit your download/upload speed in the programs you use for download .Good luck

Thanks Mike, I have checked for virises, and everything else on Microsoft web site. I don't know how to "limit" speeds. I use Outlook for email, and an Intranet connection to send to printer, example of video would be Fox News 30 second video.
