Slow, Jittery scrolling pages
After re-installing XP, when scrolling down or up a page, it is like a wave, very slow and jittery or when dragging a page, it is the same, slow, jittery and moves like a wave. How do i fix this problem?1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi djmskinart,Try the below steps: Step 1: Check for the issue in ‘Safe Mode with Networking’.‘Safe Mode with Networking’ starts Windows in safe mode and includes the network drivers and services needed to access the Internet or other computers on your network.Access the below link to know more about ‘Safe Mode with Networking’:http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Advanced-startup-options-including-safe-modeLet us know if the issue does not persist in ‘Safe Mode with Networking’, we shall proceed with further troubleshooting.Step 2:If the persists in ‘Safe Mode with Networking’, you may try uninstalling and re-installing the drivers for your Mouse and then check for the issue.a. Open Device Manager by clicking the Start button, then click on Run.b. Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ without quotes in the search box.c. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.d. Look for the option ‘Mice and other Pointing Device’ right click on the device and select Uninstall.e. Reboot the computer.f. On reboot, Windows 7 should re-install the drivers automatically.
