Yes, thank you, I have been having this problem for some time now and have tried all those steps without success.

The computer goes to sleep while closing the lid because there is a setting of putting the computer to sleep while plugged in specified for "When I close the lid".
When you open the lid, ensure that your computer meets the following configurations:
1. You edit the power plan setting to put the computer to sleep while plugged in.
2. There isn't any USB external devices connected to your computer. Some USB devices may prevent the computer from going to sleep. Please unplug the external USB devices to see if the issue persists.
3. There isn't any scheduled power plans that wakes the computer.
4. Ensure that the display driver is updated.
Best Regards

Thanks, I've done all that same problem, do you think a wireless connection to a printer would be a problem?

What is the brand and model of the wireless card? Please go to Device Manager, expand Network adapters, right click on the Wireless card, click Properties, see if
there is a Power Management tab, click on it, uncheck the box “Allow this device to wake the computer”, click OK.
If the issue persists, please visit the following guide to collect the Power Efficiency Diagnostics Report.
