I have one user that has messages appear out of chronological order.  Newer messages sometimes appear above older messages.  This is when viewed in SfB2013 application on WIndows.  When she views Conversation History in Outlook 2013, the messages are in the correct order.

I can't find any reason for this behavior and she is the only person complaining of this issue.

Any thoughts?
