Skype for Business -unable to login

When one of the user try to login in skype for business with his profile, he is unable to login, gets an error, the server is temporary unavailable. but the same user can login in another system.

We have created the new profile also and checked .still unavaailable.

Check firewall setting on the system to begin with

And if you try to connect another user, in the computer with the problem. Same result?

Check, as Edwin says, the Firewall. Also check the antivirus, check DNS registers can be found.

If the user is able to login from a different machine, then that means that from the original machine the DNS query fails.

If Skype for business is hosted online, try using manual configuration with internal and external server name, sipdir.online.lync.com:443 and if server is hosted in house, try internal server name with the pool name.

Ensure that DNS query succeeds from the affected user machine.
