Hi everybody,

I got some problems with my Lync 2013 client since the upgrade to Skype for Business. I am somehow missing icons and texts.

I reinstalled Lync and the according Windows Updates multiple times, but can't get this fixed.

Does anyone of you have an idea how to get the icons? I'm a little bit lost otherwise :-(+

BTW: I think it's with Win7 only.

Which icons, do you mean the emoticons?  Also, which text is missing?  If you reinstall with just Lync and no updates does the issue go away?  After the patch, I'd also try a repair of the Office application to see if it helps at all.
