We recently bought Skype for Business within Office 365. We don't use the other functions of Office 365.
We've got an Active directory server and an exchange 2010 server and 2 terminal servers. We've installed the directory service so Active diretcory is synchronised between the server and office 365. This works.
We've installed Office 2013 and use Lync 2013.
First problem: When I want to search for a user I need to fill in the complete username like test@contoso.com. When I just fill in test, it will find nothing.
Second problem: I've created a distribution group in Exchange. When a user tries to add this group. It is only added as a contact not as a group. I'm not sure why this is. is this because I haven't made a connection between Office 365 and Exchange. If so
does anyone got a good instruction/whitepaper to do this?
