Hi, I have been trying to sort this out for a couple of weeks now.
What happens is when I go to message someone in the client it crashes straight away and then goes to windows error reporting.
The only information in the event viewer is the following; I have also tried to uninstall/reinstall several times.

I am really desperate to get this working as we will be using this constantly with our telephone system once integrated.
