Skype federation activated. Lync user added Skype user, but Skype user can't add Lync user?
Hm, sometimes it take longer with the PIC provisioning process. If you add the user in Lync it is sometimes also a need to add the Lync user.

Hi all

I've looked through many Skype threads, but haven't found anything related to my issue.

We already have a working federation setup with regards to Lync to Lync. I set up Skype federation following this guide:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn440170.aspx

On my Lync clients I can now add a Skype user. However on the Skype client I then search
for myuser@domain.com (SIP address), but it doesn't find anything.

Is there some delay before it starts working or should I try to disable and re-enable something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Three things to check first.

1) Have you provisioned you domain for Skype federation by visiting http://pic.lync.com ?

2) Have you enabled PIC Federation at Global Level?

3) Have you enabled PIC federation for the user?
