I have Skype numbers (managed through Skype Manager)

I have also Lync (with office 365).

I want replace Skype for Lync, but I need to keep phone numbers

What I Need:

When somebody call to one of my Skype Numbers, one of my Lync User can Pick up that call..

(is like if I can forward those Skype Numbers to a Lync user, like I can do it to a Skype User)

Is that possible?

I am afraid there isn't any Enterprise Voice for Office 365 just yet. In skype the forwarding is to a number (unless I am missing something in my skype profile), You need enterprise voice to assign a number to Lync user.

Because these option required integration between 2 solution which mean you must have same no. on both and must have simultaneous ring option in skype which not found and you didn't have option on skype to configure Lync and get skype know that there is Lync mediation with it to can forward call or connect them together.

which these option exist when you integrate Lync with CUCM because you configure on CUCM the mediation Server to can configure Enterprise voices.

Do you know any company that can provide "enterprise voice" that works (can be integrated) with Lync?
