I installed a UCMA 5.0 server on an existing Skype for Business environment (clean installs for everything).  After running UCMASdkSetup and then the following bootstrapper, there are no Skype services installed.  From my Lync 2010/2013 experience, there should be a Replica Replicator Agent on this machine but there's nothing there.  Am I missing something or is there something different with this part of the install from Lync to Skype for Business?  I even tried installing the Admin Tools from the DVD onto the UCMA but still no Replica service.
