Hi all ,

           I have a UCMA application server in the same domain as Lync front end server.Now i want to add one more application server in the same domain.How to configure a single SSL certificate for both the application server.

How many certificates do I need for application server?

1.Is CA certificate required in both the servers since CA is reachable to both the servers?

2.Do I need separate SSL certificate for both servers with CN = respective servers FQDN or is there any way where i can use some CN and application servers FQDN as SAN field.

   Yes you need that.

2.Do I need separate SSL certificate for both servers with CN = respective servers FQDN or is there any way where i can use some CN and application servers FQDN as SAN field.

   you can use the same certificate, just add the new server as a SAN.
