Simultaneous Ring Lync 2013 and UC500

Hi all, I have Lync 2013 and UC 500, I would like to configure simultaneous ring for the clients.

separately both devices are in production and working. I can call from UC - Lync clients and outside numbers and vice verse.

Today I configured SNR on CISCO and if I call CISCO extension (example 36), my Lync extension will also ring (526).

The problem is that "Connecting the call" lasts forever. So basically I didn't pass this phase and I cannot talk to the calling party if I answer my call with lync client.

Also we have some block of numbers that we bought from provider. These all end with 52x (hence lync extension). On the cisco these numbers are configured as :

number 36 secondary 0123452x no-reg both

If I call my number 01234526, just my cisco desk phone rings. I would like also that to be used for simultaneous ring. Is that possible?

Can you please help me solve these issues?

Hi!

What is your current topology? And how do you want your users be able to call?

You can try to set up SNR using Lync (try http://ucken.blogspot.ru/2013/06/inter-trunk-routing-in-lync-2013.html and Lync client settings for snr)

Cisco was developed first. All desk phones are configured through SCCP. SIP Trunk to the provider also is terminated there and clients are configured as internal extension with added secondary number.

Dial plan is created to switch calls between ISDN and SIP trunk according to the inland calls or international.

Two dial plans were configured according to the James Botham blog:

dial-peer voice 552 voip
 description **Incoming Call from LYNC**
 b2bua
 session protocol sipv2
 session target ipv4:192.168.100.64:5068
 incoming called-number .%
 voice-class codec 1
 voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 no vad
!

and

dial-peer voice 551 voip
description ** SIP Trunk to Lync Core **
 translation-profile outgoing LYNC_ADD_PLUS
 destination-pattern 5..
 notify redirect ip2pots
 session protocol sipv2
 session target ipv4:192.168.100.64:5068
 session transport tcp
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 codec g711ulaw
 fax rate disable
 fax protocol pass-through g711ulaw
 no vad
!

Lync was introduced now. Server is collocated with Mediation server. I configured Media bypass (but still I see in Monitoring that sometimes it recognize calls without media bypass - but this is another story ...). Only trunk created in Lync is toward CISCO UC. I don't want to change that and configure Lync with the trunk to the provider.... Dial plan was configured to send to UC everything that was entered.

Users in lync are configured with extensions. (example : Line URI: tel:+526)

Hi all I configured Mobility option in Cisco UC and added extension from Lync2013. Now both phones ring if cisco desktop phone is called but If I call CISCO extension and answer with Lync client the connection cannot be established and stays in connecting state.

Can you please help? Thanks
