Sign In-- Can't change Username.
I tried to sign in to my PC, but it seems that someone else had tried to (physically) sign in, but put in the wrong Username over and over again. I can't sign into my PC because the username is incorrect. I know my password, but I can't seem to find a way to change my username (which I guess would be my live.com account information) so I can sign in. I don't know of any other way to do that, except by signing in and changing my settings on my PC, but to do that, I need to sign in, which I am unable to do, since I don't know how to change my username on the sign in page in the first place.

local account can be administrator or other user account

Microsoft account associate with your LiveID

May I know if you are in domain (office network) environment?

Did you notice that Microsoft account login require internet connection?
