Side Bar Advertisements

I would like to have the side bar menus removed.  Whenever I print a letter from my email files both side bar menus appear on the printed copy.  What do I have to do in order to eliminate the Left and Right side bar menus printing on my documents?  Please email me ASAP. This is very important.
