I recently purchased a refurb. Latitude D620. I had to reload windows XP and the drivers. Now anytime I shutdown or restart, the computer seems to hang. Everything clears the screen except the wallpaper and I still have cursor control with the mouse. There seems to be intermittent disk activity. I have to do a hard(push the reset button) shutdown to turn it off. There are no error messages shutting down nor when I restart. 1 person needs an answerI do too
