After downloading the authentication program with MS and then downloading and running MS Security Essentials my computer shuts down at startup of Window XP and then restarts in safe mode. This has never happened before and im sure there is something up with MS like a shut down command. Any body have the same problem? Any suggestions?1 person needs an answerI do too

Make sure that me mse is compitabale with your computer.to resolve this issue just restore the computer , optimize them and then install the MSE.

Why would MSE be uncompatible with my computer? I have Window XP and it has be authenticated.If i go back to a restore point will that affect any programs that i just installed?
