Should Control Panel look like this?
Shouldn't there be a panel on the left? Where did it go?

For the time being, yes. The final appearance of the Control Panel with nice iconswill appear with the final, released version of Windows 7.You can expandyour Control Panel by clicking on Category > Large icons.Carey Frisch
