Shortly after booting, Remote Procedure Call(RPC) grabs 85-95% cpu and doesn't give it up.
I'm running Windows XP sp3. I've ran MalwareBytes and AntiVir and haven't found any viruses/worms. The RPC just grabs 85-95 % of the cpu time and keeps it. I've searched all over the net but haven't found anyone with this same problem. Thanks!1 person needs an answerI do too

Try using Process Explorer to see what's calling RPC. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx -- Noel Paton CrashFixPC Nil Carborundum Illegitemi www.crashfixpc.co.uk Noel Paton | CrashFixPC | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi | www.crashfixpc.co.uk
