There is no such thing as "Shockwave Flash". The Shockwave and Flash Players are separate programs which enable you to play/see web content created with the full Shockwave and Flash creators. Since you didn't mention what errors you are getting, I can't address them except to suggest that you go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and remove any Flash and Shockwave entries. Then go to Adobe's website and download/install the latest Shockwave and Flash Players. They are free. You will need to install two types of Flash Player if you are using an alternate browser such as Firefox. If you don't have install it then if a website require it to be install a message will come up to install it. you might download it from Adobe website or allow internet explorer message to install it. Make sure it shows a orange shield and NOT red one.
