Sharing My Hard Drive Over Network
Hello, If anyone could please help me I would be very happy I have been trying to figure this out for ever now! My situation: I have a total of three computers, two notebooks and a desktop. One notebook and the desktop are running Windows Vista Home Premium, and the other is running Windows XP Media Center. I currently have them networked together, using a Linksys router. (the newest one cant remember the model) All of them share an internet connection, and a printer sucessfully. I am trying to share the primary hardrives of the PC's. When I share them, each of the computers can see them, but when I try to access them, they all say acess denied..... I would like to be able to be able to acess files on any given of the hard drives from any of the computers at any given time. (While at home) Can anyone PLEASE HELP?? Thank you very much. Alex
