Does any one know what are the required permissions for the S4B share?

https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn933889.aspx - this article say just full access for the Local Administrators, but for Lync 2013 there was a list of CS groups.

Will just Administrators full access work fine?

This how this work

First you assign permission for local administrator

Once you  run the prepare AD step you will create the Sfb related AD groups

Then Give the Sfb Groups permission
