Several issues with Armenian Keyboard Layout in Windows 7. Where to report?
Hello, while I was testing Windows 7, I found out, that it has several issues with built-in Keybaord Layouts for Armenian language (both Eastern Armenian and Western Armenian). The first and main issue is usage of incorrect punctuation marks. The built-in layout uses standart Latin punctuation marks insted of Armenian, which while do have same apperance, have much different role in the language, so it not only doesn't comply with Unicode standart, but brings up different problems if you try to use such layout to type in Armenian. Here are those chars:instead of Armenian full stop ("" u+0589) Latin semicolon (u+003a ":") is usedinstead of Armenian "long comma" "mijaket" punctuation mark (u+2024 One dot leader/Armenian mijaket/Middle dot), standart Latin dot is used (u+002E Full stop)BTW, majority of fonts which come with Windows doesn't include that u+2024 glyph. On Windows 7 exceptions are: Lucida Sans Unicdoe, MS Sans Serif, Segoi UI, Segoe UI Script. It is being properly displayed in browsers (IE8 and FF3.5) but will be displayed as a "square" in programs, which don't do neccesary "tricks" (e.g. in Notepad). There's another serious issue, which is the reason whythe built-in armenian layout of Windows, is not being used much by users. The built-in layout is a typewriter one, which is almost useless, as there are/were only few hundred keyboards with armenian letter on them, which were specially ordered by government, 5-6 years before. Thus majority of users, have to use phonetic armenian layout, provided by 3-rd party software. Phonetic layout is now standart de facto if one wants to type in Armenian. So I think there's a strong reason to add phonetic armenian layout to Windows 7, so it supports armenian out of the box (without 3-rd party downloads) as other operational systems do, for years.I'm ready to provide more details on this and send the phonetic layout.I hope we enough time, and it is possible to finally fix this in Windows 7, as the issues I'm talking come from Windows 2000, and cause lot of inconvinience to users.I guess this is not best place to report this. So I would be grateful, if someone can tell me where it'll be better toreport?

Thanks, for reply. I've took a look at WFP. There are 2 problem with it for me, first it's avaible only for citizens of USA, Japan and Brazil. Second it looks like, next survey will be after Win7 final release anyway. So the question is still open and urgent. I believe there should be some standart way to report bugs, issues, etc (e.g forms, e-mails)
