Setup Windows 7 with Active Directory within Windows Server 2003 network.
I need some help here. Client: Windows 7 Ultima Dell Precision Workstation T7400 4GB Ram 500GB Hdd Regular NIC Server: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 64-bit. 8GB RAM 8TB Hdd Regular NIC Active Directory installed. DNS Server installed. DHCP Server installed. WINS Server installed. ------------------------------------- I can see all the computers via workgroup. I added the Windows 7 computer within the active directory however I cannot connect with the machine remotely. What did I miss? If you need more information please advise.

Hi, Please check if you enable Remote settings in Windows 7: 1) Click Start. 2) Right click Computer and click Properties. 3) Highlight Remote. 4) Check “Allow connection from computers running any version of Remote Desktop(less secure)” under Remote Desktop. 5) Click Apply and OK. Now remote to see if you can access Windows 7. Meanwhile, since the issue is related to AD environment, I kindly recommend you to post in Windows Server forums so as to get a better assistance.
