Setting up Lync OOF greeting and link it with recurring outlook OOF

Hi Guys,

This is going to be interesting one!

A user in our firm works part time -3 days a week. She wants

1. Recurring Outlook OOF so she does not have to set it up(can be done via Powershell)

2. Set up out of office greeting in Lync (Lync voicemail option can be used to turn on and off oof voicemail greeting message)

3. Integrate Outlook and Lync so Lync OOF greeting is played for days when she does not work and normal voicemail greeting when she is in office.

I have tried-

1. setting up OOF, wait 10 minutes for replication so Lync picks it up- does not work.

2. Setup working hours/days in outlook calendar option and changed Lync call forward setting to " Unanswered calls to Voice mail" and applied these setting during working hours. In this case it does not play OOF lync greeting outside working hours.

Please give me suggestions and steps . If there is replication delay or any other considerations, please let m
