AOL Mail downloaded all messages off server and need to get them back on so the wife can access them via webmail on her travels. Used Outlook with imap & smtp connection etc.2 people need an answerI do too

It did the same to 2 PC's in my house and I also need an answer. It has to do with Office2007 or that's my guess at least. I installed Office2007 for one feature and a week later (This morning) I noticed it was all jacked up. If I call AOL they may be able to fix it. Microsux wants to charge me for it I bet. Office2007 was the last application I installed on my PC. I am pretty PC savvy but this is strange. I also got an e-mail to my AOL account from Outlook saying it was testing the mail settings and BAM all my AOL mail was gone right after that.

My apologies, there is no other option to put back those e-mail on your AOL software unless that you will sign on to Microsoft Outlook then manually forward those e-mail to your own screen name. You will need to forward those e-mails that are missing on your AOL software, then once you changed the settings all your e-mails will be synchronized between Outlook and AOL.
