Could you explain the steps to transfer a picture of a person on outlook to the same picture in lynx?

Hi,

Lync 2010 can display the photo of the signed-in user from two different sources:

The thumbnailPhoto attribute on the user's object in Active Directory Domain Services

A URL configured by the user

You can set the Lync client policy parameter "DisplayPhoto" to "NoPhoto", "PhotosFromADOnly", "AllPhotos".
