I have the same problem but I found away to fix another problem. Some of yous say that you can't play back videos. I had the same problem with a NEW Dell Inspiron 1501 and it was my ATI driver. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SEACH THERE WEBSITE FOR AN UPDATE!!! or if you go under Windows update it will say something about ATI driver info that will give you a link right to the site.
