Server Manager On Windows 8 Connictivty to servers

Hello all,

I have a windows 8 machine with RSAT installed, domain environment.

but all the servers report/manageability: "Online - Verify WinRM 3.0 Service is installed, running, and required firewall ports are open."

there are: Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012 in the list, but all have the same status.

when i log on to one of the Server 2012 and add the servers there, in the server manager, everything is working correctly.

also when i click on one of the server in the win8 server manager and try to powershell it, i recive this messege:

"Enter-PSSession : Connecting to remote server "SERVERNAME" failed with the following error message : T
client cannot connect to the destination specified in the request. Verify that the service on the destination is
running and is accepting requests. Consult the logs and documentation for the WS-Management service running on th
destination, most commonly IIS or WinRM. If the destination is the WinRM service, run the following command on th
destination to analyze and configure the WinRM service: "winrm quickconfig". For more information, see the
about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

I have seen that post but it didn't help me

the problem is with the source (the windows 8 station) and not with the destinations (the server).
