I can receive e-mail with outlook express, but cannot open it. Body of message is blank. I cannot type in body area to create messages. When trying to send a message I get this error message. "message cannot be sent because it hasn't been downloaded. It NEVER DOWNLOADS! I've tried to send numerous test messages, and get same message. My cable company is stumped also. I need help !!!1 person got this answerI do too
