It seemed to have randomly started doing this and I am unsure why because I have not installed anything recently. I spent a few hours trying to figure it out myself but I'm going to throw in the towel and ask for some help. A week or so ago I purchased 2 new AOC monitors, but I don't expect those to be a part of the problem.
