hello,i'm use Windows 7 Ultimate X86 built7601(Service Pack 1) i can't turn on windows defender, MSE(Microsoft security Essentials) can't turn on,not run(i attempt start using services.msc did not any changes) i can't start Windows Security center "windows security center service can't be started" i attempt security center service set to automatic(delayed start) did not any changes. plese help Now i use Kaspersky Internet security 2011 Sorry my bad english

thanks for responding, my symptom Action center:"Windows Security ceenter service is turned off" Windows Defender not turn on but i attempt control panel-->administrative tools-->services-->Security Center automatic (delayed start) that's all ok but for 10-20 seconds back to disabled mode
